Conditions and information

1 week minimum stay (check-in Saturday after 16:00hrs and check-out the next Saturday by 10:00hrs).

On your arrival you will be requested a deposit of € 200.00 per apartment, which will be given back on your departure if no damage will result in the apartment.

The towels for the swimming pool are not available.

There is no restaurant service.

The rate include:

• Use of the common spaces and the swimming pool (in summer)
• Private car parking
• Weekly cleaning (Saturday)
• Weekly change of the linen (Saturday)
• Consumptions: electricity, water, gas
• Washing machine and barbecue to be shared
• Safety box in every apartment
• VAT
• Taxes

The rate do not include:

• Use of the sofa bed: € 50.00/week (season 1 and 2); € 70.00/week (season 3 and 4)
• Small bed for the child: € 30.00/week
• Small dog: € 8.00/day
• Heating (upon request): € 8.00/day (apartments Istrice and Tasso); € 10.00/day (apartments Scoiattolo and Riccio)

Note:

In the apartments there is no TV and telephone line. The residence has a place where the telephone signal has a good reception and it is therefore possible to call with your mobile from there and to connect to the internet. In case you do not have any internet connection device the nearest internet shops are in Venturina and Suvereto.
