Apartment Leccino – Indipendent cottage – 4 people

The Leccino is a small independent house of about 70sqm, in the Mediterranean scrub, in a place of matchless beauty. From the private garden with porch and comfortable deckchairs in wood and a barbecue the view embraces a beautiful landscape of green and silence, you can see the Elba island and the coast (look at us with google map).

The Leccino is located on a hill at 250m above the sea level and it has a very beautiful swimming pool (12 x 6 m) to be shared with the guests of the near Residence Ramerino, which is at about 100 meter distance. In the cottage there is a wide hall with direct access to the garden and the porch, a well accessorized kitchen with three cookers, dishwasher, fridge and a microwave, a bathroom with a comfortable shower and two bedrooms, one double bedroom and the other room with two single beds. The furniture is in wood, in a typical cosy Tuscan style: two extendable tables make your holiday suitable also for meeting friends. The dishes and glasses as well as the bed and bath linen have been selected to give you all the necessary comfort and a pleasant sensation to make you feel at home.

On your arrival the guest can leave his car in the private parking and will be received personally by the owner that will show him the house and he will be given a very useful document with information and suggestion on what to do in this area and where you can find anything you want (such as restaurants, local events, samplings, bike hire, beaches, tennis courses, internet shops, etc.)
